Submitting a DMCA Notice

Counter Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification. To be effective, a counter notification must include:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled;

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the U.S., that you consent to jurisdiction in any district Direct Short Cut may be found;

Repeat Infringers

Direct Short Cut will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
